Cynthia is a Managing Partner at Cadent Consulting Group and has spent more than 20 years in consulting, global marketing and brand management. She advises CPG clients on growth strategies, retail/channel leadership, pricing, shopper insights and category management. She also works with healthcare companies to understand patient decisions in an increasingly consumer-driven environment.
Prior to Cadent, Cynthia served as Managing Director at Kantar Retail Americas and Cannondale Associates, where she focused on category leadership, trade spending efficiencies and assortment optimization.
She also spent over 10 years in brand management and global product innovation at Unilever and Allied Domecq.
Cynthia received her BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, in addition to an MA in Asian Studies.
